  •   Your choice of a palm-sized portion of meat e.g. beef, lamb, pork, chicken
  • 3 handfuls of diced vegetables e.g. capsicum, mushroom, onion, zucchini, tomato
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  •   Cracked pepper and sea salt to taste


  1. Place selection of meat and vegetables in an oiled pan or grill.
  2. Fry or grill until cooked and serve.
  3. Add cracked pepper and sea salt to taste.
