Paul’s Paleolithic Pan-Fry
- Your choice of a palm-sized portion of meat e.g. beef, lamb, pork, chicken
- 3 handfuls of diced vegetables e.g. capsicum, mushroom, onion, zucchini, tomato
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- Cracked pepper and sea salt to taste
- Place selection of meat and vegetables in an oiled pan or grill.
- Fry or grill until cooked and serve.
- Add cracked pepper and sea salt to taste.
