Raw Chocolate Avocado Pudding
- 1 medium avocado (skin and stone removed), flesh roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp of raw cacao or carob powder
- ⅛ tsp of sea salt
- ¼ tsp of powdered stevia (or to taste)
- Add all the ingredients to a blender (or alternately use a stick blender) and starting slowly, gradually increase the speed until the mixture has combined thoroughly and resembles a smooth cream.
- Divide equally between two serving glasses and chill in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
