Prawn Avocado Salad
- ½ handful of avocado, sliced
- 2 handfuls of mixed salad greens
- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 palm-sized portion of king prawns (approximately 6 prawns), cooked and peeled
- ½ a lime juice
- Cover plate of greens with prawns. Garnish with thin slices of avocado and tomato halves. Dress with lime juice.
