Prawn Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • ½ handful of avocado, sliced
  • 2 handfuls of mixed salad greens
  • 1 handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 palm-sized portion of king prawns (approximately 6 prawns), cooked and peeled
  • ½ a lime juice

Method

  1. Cover plate of greens with prawns. Garnish with thin slices of avocado and tomato halves. Dress with lime juice.
