Lemongrass and Chilli Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients

  •   Olive oil for cooking
  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp of lemongrass, chopped
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 tbsp of garlic, crushed
  •   Chilli to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil in pan and cook drumsticks with lemongrass, kaffir lime, garlic and chilli covered on low heat until cooked through.
  2. Turn regularly.
