Ketostix® are a simple urine test that measure a by-product of fat burning (ketones). A positive result will tell you that they Shake It Program is working and you are burning fat.

Test twice daily (before breakfast and before dinner) to stay on track.

Simply run the indicator patch under your urine stream and compare to the chart on the bottle. A faint pink to strong pink indicator patch result (trace to small) is ideal for fat burning.

Store below 30° C and out of direct sunlight
